Conventional and Addressable Fire Alarm
A fire alarm system is classified as either automatically actuated, manually actuated, or both. Automatic fire alarm systems are intended to notify the building occupants to evacuate in the event of a fire or other emergency. It has a number of devices working together to detect and warn people through visual and audio appliances when smoke, fire, carbon monoxide or other emergencies are present and are connected back to a central control panel. These alarms may be activated automatically from smoke detectors, and heat detectors or may also be activated via manual fire alarm activation devices such as manual call points or pull stations. With Addressable Fire Alarm Systems, each device has an address or location, enabling the exact detector that was triggered to be quickly identified and makes addressable alarm systems ideal for large buildings, particularly commercial premises.

Dry and Wet Risers
A Dry Riser is a normally empty pipe that can be externally connected to a pressurized water source by firefighters and are normally installed in low rise buildings (those less than 23 M in height). Dry fire main water supply pipe installed in a building for fire-fighting purposes, fitted with inlet connections at fire service access level and landing valves at specified points, which is normally dry but is capable of being charged with water usually by pumping from fire and rescue service appliances. Wet risers provided in high rise buildings (more than 23 M in height) Fire brigade inlets are also provided on wet riser systems, to provide water in case of failure of the system fire pumps. Wet fire main water supply pipe installed in a building for fire-fighting purposes and permanently charged with water from a pressurized supply, and fitted with landing valves at specified points.

Portable and Mobile Fire Extinguishers
A fire extinguisher is an active fire protection device used to extinguish or control small fires, often in emergency situations. Mobile fire extinguishers are used for effective protection against a variety of industrial fire risks where the risk is large and a longer application time is required. They are for professional use in harsh environments such as petrol stations and building sites. Mobile extinguishers are available in AFFF Foam, Monnex and ABC powder; and Carbon Dioxide.

Deluge & Kitchen Hood Systems
Safetex Fire Fighting LLC offer Wet Chemical Fire Suppression Systems for kitchens of all sizes in Dubai and all over the United Arab Emirates. Kitchens are high-risk environments where fires could have a drastic impact on lives and business. These systems are fully automatic and require no power to operate and protect the hood 24 hours a day. Water Mist and Wet Chemical fire suppression systems have been designed to protect commercial kitchens and exhaust hoods from the dangers of fire

Water & Foam Sprinkler System
A fire sprinkler system is an active fire protection method, consisting of a water supply system, providing adequate pressure and flowrate to a water distribution piping system, onto which fire sprinklers are connected. A foam-water spray system is a special system that is pipe-connected to a source of foam concentrate and to a water supply equipped with foam-water spray nozzles for extinguishing agent discharge and distribution over the area to be protected. A foam-water sprinkler system is a pipe-connected to a source of foam concentrate and to a water supply equipped with appropriate discharge devices for extinguishing agent discharge and for distribution over the area to be protected.

Dry Powder & Water mist Systems
The sudden extinguishing effect of the powder cloud is caused by the suffocation effect and the anti-catalytic effect, a chemical intervention into the combustion process. The extinguishing powders used in powder extinguishing systems are highly efficient, quick-acting extinguishers. Extinguishing powders mainly consist of non-poisonous inorganic salts mixed with waterproofing and pouring agents. We at Safetex use reputed brands.

Fire Hose Reel System
A fire hose is a high-pressure hose that carries water or other fire retardant (such as foam) to a fire to extinguish it. Fire hose reel systems consist of pumps, pipes, water supply and hose reels located strategically in a building, ensuring proper coverage of water to combat a fire. After use, a fire hose is usually hung to dry, because standing water that remains in a hose for a long time can deteriorate the material and render it unreliable or unusable. The system is manually operated and activated by opening a valve enabling the water to flow into the hose that is typically 30 meters away
